We Have No King But Caesar!--Genesis series--Genesis chapter 49

In Genesis 49 Jacob blesses Judah. "The scepter shall not depart from Judah until Shiloh comes." What does this mean? Do you have a king? Who is your king? Are you like the chief priests who said, "We have no king but Caesar!"? Are your hopes tied into the kings of this earth or the King of Kings?
